I am a UX/UI Designer and Leader passionate about product design and building design culture. I have been in the tech industry for 15 years and have made my home in startups for the better part of my career.

I started designing for e-commerce and made the jump to enterprise software about 7 years ago. I love learning a hard-to-tackle subject domain like Data Science or Quality Management. I will shout from the rooftops to talk with real users early and often. Every user deserves good design, and every company deserves a good design culture.

Leading and mentoring design teams to learn how to create great work is my why. I hope to make design a place of inclusivity where curious and creative problem solvers can find a place to explore and build amazing products.

When I am not creating beautiful and usable experiences, I reside in Acton, MA, and can be found digging in my garden or skiing with family.
